Service Appointments
- Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We strive to arrive within the scheduled window but times may vary
- A responsible adult (18+) must be present during service
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Pricing and Payment
- We provide upfront pricing before beginning work
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
Warranties
Our work is warranted against defects in workmanship. Parts warranties are provided by manufacturers. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing for each job.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our work.
